Just a quick update:
It’s been an interesting month here at the Frost & Sullivan offices. We’ve just about gotten everything into gear in terms of our Social Media Strategy. On my end, I’ve finalized most of the back end work on our various social media channels (WordPress, LinkedIn, Twitter) although it will probably be another few weeks until our YouTube channel is complete for your weekly webcast viewing pleasure. Our Twitter account is fully active so make sure you follow us @Frost_CC for daily updates, quotes, articles, videos and more all related to customer contact, service and experience.
We recently released the preliminary agenda for our Customer Contact West executive networking event which is typically the equivalent of waving the green flag in terms of our events. You can find that here. Within the next few days we should be releasing a pdf version of our brochure so I’ll be sure to post that here as well as on our Twitter account.
For all those interested in the numbers, we already have over 30 registered executives for this event – the highest number of registrations that we have ever had before an agenda has even been released! This event generally draws about 100 executives, though this year we are expecting numbers in excess of that. Now that the agenda is out, this is gearing up to be the best Customer Contact event we have ever held and we would love it if you could be a part of the experience alongside your peers.
