A: The Customer Contact MindXchanges are the senior networking and best practices events that are a part of the Customer Contact Series. They are three-day, highly interactive events that are designed to bring together leaders in the customer service, experience and contact center fields. A Customer Contact MindXchange is not a trade show, and audience members should anticipate a high level of interactivity.
The Customer Contact Series is the continuous year-round community in which Customer Contact MindXchanges are a part of. In addition to MindXchanges, the Customer Contact Series includes quarterly eBroadcasts (live webcasts), eBulletins and social media interactions all fostering best practices of customer contact.

Q: Can I attend a Customer Contact MindXchange?
A: Frost & Sullivan’s Customer Contact MindXchanges are not open to the public. As the events are designed as senior level networking and best practices events, those interested must meet a set of criteria in order to ensure the credibility of our audiences:
- Annual Revenue >$500M *
- Director-Level Title or Above* (Sr. Director, VP, CEO, etc.)
- Only end users will be considered (Solution providers and consultants will not be admitted to avoid sales pitches.)
