As you may have noticed, there have been some changes going on throughout our various social media channels. Previously, we operated with a strategy that focused on each of our events having its own dedicated account/page within the channels that we operate in (i.e. Customer Contact West, 2010 had its own dedicated Twitter account and LinkedIn event page). This was a headache for the individuals who attend multiple events of ours as they would have to follow up on multiple channels to keep up with all of the updates they were looking for. Additionally, it didn’t expose anyone following a single account to other events that they may be interested in.
Moving forward, we have merged our accounts to provide updates across multiple events, separated by event-specific tags. The following information is all you need to know to stay up to date with all of our event information:
Twitter: @Frost_CC has become @FS_events. All other accounts have merged into this account. Follow this for information about all upcoming events, live tweet sessions, and access to our archive. Keep an eye out for event-specific hashtags.
LinkedIn: We have moved away from LinkedIn’s event page tool and migrated towards a community that is based within a Frost & Sullivan Events LinkedIn group with subgroups for specific events. This community can be joined at www.frost.com/linkedin. (note: updates will still be given to those following the Customer Contact West, 2010 event page leading up to the event)
YouTube: Our YouTube channel containing testimonials and event overviews can be found at www.frost.com/youtube.
Blog: As for this blog, updates will relate to all of our events and will be grouped by categories. For event-specific details, you can also click on links found in the header.
