Customer Contact 2010, West: Post-Event Review

As many people following this blog know, last week marked the hosting of Customer Contact 2010, West: A Frost & Sullivan Executive MindXchage.  This was Frost & Sullivan’s 6th annual Customer Contact event and we are thrilled to say we had our best turnout to date.  The level of participants was right on par (about 150 end-user, senior call center executives), and the content of the sessions seemed to be a perfect fit for current industry trends.

The weather was slightly less than desirable for what one would think La Jolla, CA would be like in the middle of October, but the skies cleared up just enough for us to hold our nightly networking receptions.  Participants enjoyed themed nightly receptions with activities such as grape stomping and a longest drive competition.

As we mentioned so many times on-site, the main objectives of this event is to share industry best practices and network with peers.  We want to encourage everyone to continue to do just that off-site through our various social media channels.  We will help facilitate this by continuing to provide post-event content through this blog (as well as on Twitter @FS_events) over the next few weeks.  The current schedule of Customer Contact-related posts is as follows:

  • Wednesday; October 27,2010 – Session SlideDeck PDFs Made Available
  • Thursday; October 28, 2010 – Event Photos Released
  • Friday; October 29, 2010 – Event Videos Released
