Jon Walton, Chief Information Officer, City and County of San Francisco Department of Technology
Jon Walton has the honor of serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the City & County of San Francisco, a role that carries the additional title of Chairman of the Committee on Information Technology (COIT).
As CIO, Mr. Walton oversees the delivery of technology services to the citizens of San Francisco and internal support to 23,000 City employees. Under Mr. Walton’s leadership the Department of Technology provides enterprise email, network, security, public safety radio, data center, virtualization, telecommunications, web, government television, customer support, and social media. As Chairman of COIT, Mr. Walton is responsible for citywide Information and Communications Technology strategy plan, multi-year fiscal planning, enterprise wide performance oversight, and citywide technology enterprise architecture.
Prior to working for the City of San Francisco Mr. Walton has served as the CIO for the City of San Jose and Sr. Practice Manager for Unisys Government Service. He has been a speaker at the Nikkei Internet Awards, VMWorld, Government Technology Conferences, and Forbes Technology Forum.
Ralph Loura, Chief Information Officer, The Clorox Company
Ralph Loura is responsible for the company’s worldwide use of information technology. In his role, Mr. Loura leads the global IT organization and directs the company’s strategic technology initiatives in support of Clorox’ goal of making everyday life better, every day. Prior to joining Clorox Mr. Loura served as SVP and CIO for Medicis, VP and CIO for Symbol Technologies and held IT leadership positions at Cisco Systems, Lucent Technologies and AT&T.

Richie Etwaru, Chief Operating Officer Group Technology – Platform Services, UBS
Richie operates a portfolio of projects in transformation, applied innovation, and other emerging technologies at UBS Wealth Management Americas, he is an accomplished program and area manager with experience assembling and leading multidisciplinary teams. He has earned a reputation as a strategic thinker and solutions architect with a record of leading the design of solutions that are commercially viable and generate competitive advantage. Mr. Etwaru has a 15+ year track record as a transformational leader chartering efficiency, championing centers of excellence, defining new intellectual property, writing and speaking, and having fun at large organizations as well as startups. He is a former CIO, former Head of Innovation, winner of the Notre Dame Business Plan Writing competition in 2002, winner of Small Business awards in 2003, and has been involved in several stat-ups. He holds two international patents, has spoken at several events across the US and is currently completing is Doctoral studies in Management and Organizational Leadership.
